By accessing or using YouRateStreams ("the service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

YouRateStreams is a community catalog for rating and discovering publicly available livestream recordings from YouTube, Twitch, and Kick. We do not host the videos themselves — they are embedded from or linked to their original platforms, which retain all rights to that content.

Your account

You sign in through a third-party provider (Google, Twitch, or Discord). You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

User content

You retain ownership of the reviews you write, but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display them within the service.
You agree not to post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, spam, or that infringes others' rights.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Do not manipulate ratings (e.g. bots, vote brigading).
Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data.

Third-party content

Streams, thumbnails, and embedded players belong to their creators and the originating platforms. Use of that content through the embeds is also governed by YouTube's, Twitch's, and Kick's respective terms.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion per our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision.
